Avakian, Tuktarov & Partners and Liniya Prava announce the merger. The combined team will work under the unified brand of Law Firm Liniya Prava.

Starting from January 16, 2010, law firms Liniya Prava and ATP will jointly continue delivering comprehensive legal advice under the management of 5 partners recognized in the market as experts in Russian legislation and time-honoured professionals with significant track-record of perfectly implemented projects inclusive of cross-border transactions.
The integration of the law firms involves the following strategic advantages:
