The draft of the Russian securitization law was introduced in the State Duma. The draft law was initiated by the Russian Association of Regional Banks and prepared by Avakian, Tuktarov & Partners Law Firm in cooperation with Moody’s rating agency and other leading Russian securitization experts such as: Gazprombank, VTB, GE Money Bank, City Bank, City Mortgage Bank, as well as several large international law firms.
