In January, 2009 a new book  - Real Estate Finance: Law, Regulation and Practice  - was released. The edition is a collection of country-specific chapters revealing legal aspects of preparing and implementing transactions in real estate.

APT covered the chapter on Russia and told of main legal issues of lending and security of real estate objects. The chapter sets much store by mortgage, securitisation and activity of real estate investment funds in Russia.
